Mom always loved the color red. She carefully tended to her tomato plants and kindly cussed out the tomato caterpillars which she loathed. Tomatoes in the window sill makes me miss Mom.
This weekend was busy! We pulled more Tomatoes from the garden, made a huge batch of sauce and made a ton of pesto from the basil. Time to stock that freezer and share the wealth!
