Wedding Dinner

We catered a dinner for 10 last month. This was a tasting for a wedding we are doing out at Farmer Dick's Farm in August. All the food turned out incredible! Cherry tomatoes mixed with herbs and oil.

Roasted Salmon next to Shredded Chicken with braised greens and Polenta
with tomato salad on top

Roasted beets and green beans mixed with goat cheese
(doesnt look pretty here, but boy was it good!)the nice thing is when the wedding rolls around in august,
most of this can be bought local. From the farm our neighboring farms!
