We survived the Ohio Green Living Fayre! We had so much to do, organize and make happen it felt like it would never come but the OGL Fayre on Labor came and went and was a success!
Here is Germ at our first booth. This year we sold Balsamic Tomato Salad with red and yellow tomatoes, pesto potato salad with green beans, whole wheat snicker doodles, and a cold tomato soup "Gazpacho". All using food from the garden at our home or the farm. yum! we got some good compliments. Casie was a huge help and served people Blueberry or Raspberry Iced tea. Milo was good at restocking water bottles in the ice and hanging out with the boy at the next booth.
We had great volunteers who ran around and helped tremendously! thank you!! We had 1,000 people come out to the fayre this year, all willing to learn more about sustainability!!
yahoo! Next year we aim for more!!
